7) foreign trade in goods - import and (or) export of goods. The movement of goods between parts of the territory of the Russian Federation and other parts of the territory of the Russian Federation, if such parts are not connected by land territory of the Russian Federation, through the customs territory of a foreign state, the movement of goods to the territory of the Russian Federation from territories of artificial islands, installations and structures over which the Russian Federation exercises jurisdiction in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and international law norms, or the movement of goods between territories of artificial islands, installations and structures over which the Russian Federation exercises jurisdiction in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and international law norms, is not considered foreign trade in goods;
