Bunker Fuel
"Bunker fuel" means heavy fractions or residues from the distillation of crude oil or mixtures of these products, intended for use as fuel for obtaining heat or energy and corresponding to bunker fuel number four according to the specification of the American Society for Testing and Materials (specification 396-69) or heavier bunker fuel
