Transfer baggage
"transfer baggage" - the baggage of a transfer passenger containing goods not subject to written customs declaration in accordance with the customs legislation of the Customs Union and the Russian Federation's customs legislation, registered at the departure airport within the territory of the Russian Federation up to the destination and accepted by the air carrier for air transport as accompanied baggage on a flight of domestic air routes to the transfer airport with the aim of its removal beyond the customs territory of the Customs Union on a flight of international air routes of the same or another air carrier in accordance with the passenger's air transportation contract;
