Economic Activity

Rules and methods of economic activity. In lexicographical literature, the term "economic activity" is defined as a set of actions aimed, in particular, at replenishing the stock of material goods and ensuring the fullest possible satisfaction of needs that they are intended to serve. For this purpose, existing goods are stored, extracted, and new ones are produced; they are moved in space and in exchange circulation, and their consumption is organized. The motive of economic activity is the desire of a person to satisfy their needs for material goods. Thus, economic activity represents the manifestation of an economic (rational, purposeful) motive in human life.
