Fund for Future Generations
1. The National Wellbeing Fund constitutes a portion of the federal budget funds subject to separate accounting and management in order to ensure co-financing of voluntary pension savings of citizens of the Russian Federation, as well as to ensure balance (coverage of deficit) of the Russian Federation Pension Fund budget.
2. The volume of federal budget funds allocated for purposes specified in paragraph 1 of this article is established by the Federal law on the federal budget for the next financial year and planning period.
3. The National Wellbeing Fund is formed at the expense of:
oil and gas revenues of the federal budget in an amount exceeding the approved volume of the oil and gas transfer for the corresponding financial year, in the case where the accumulated amount of funds of the Reserve Fund reaches (exceeds) its normative value;
revenues from the management of funds of the National Wealth Fund
