Suspect
1. A suspect is a person:
1) who has been subjected to the initiation of a criminal case based on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by Chapter 20 of this Code;
2) or who has been detained in accordance with Articles 91 and 92 of this Code;
3) or to whom a measure of restraint has been applied prior to the filing of charges in accordance with Article 100 of this Code;

4) or who has been informed of the suspicion of having committed a crime in accordance with the procedure established by Article 223.1 of this Code
