Gas Well Downtime
28. Downtime includes the downtime of all gas wells regardless of the reasons for the downtime, i.e., well shutdowns before or during the performance of all types of repair, surveying, experimental and testing works, works to eliminate accidents, works to eliminate accidents involving surface and subsurface well equipment, works to eliminate consequences of natural disasters on wells, absence of a consumer, etc.
This also includes well downtime due to maintenance and shutdown (regardless of their causes) of gas gathering, processing and transportation facilities
