Archival Documents of Limited Access
2.3.2. Documents of limited access in archives include:
archival documents containing information that constitutes state secrets or other secrets protected by Russian Federation legislation;
archival documents containing information about the personal and family privacy of a citizen, his private life, as well as information posing a threat to his safety;
archival documents for which the owners or holders have established conditions for access to them and their use in the contract when transferring them to the archive.
Access to these archival documents and their use until they lose their secrecy or confidentiality is carried out in accordance with the established procedure
