Terrorist Act
3) terrorist act - commission of an explosion, arson, or other actions that intimidate the population and create a danger of human death, cause significant property damage, or result in other serious consequences, with the aim of influencing decision-making by government bodies or international organizations, as well as threats to commit such acts for the same purposes;
