Arbitration fee when filing a claim with the Arbitration Court (MAC)
1. The arbitration fee paid by the claimant in advance upon submission of the statement of claim to cover expenses, including fees for case consideration and costs related to organizing and conducting arbitration proceedings, including general administrative expenses associated with the activities of the Arbitration Court, amounts to 3% of the claim value, but not less than 45,000 rubles if the claim value is expressed in rubles, or 1,500 US dollars if the claim value is expressed in foreign currency.
2. Taking into account the complexity of the dispute to be resolved, the Presidium of the Arbitration Court, upon recommendation by the arbitration panel, has the authority to issue a Decision on increasing the amount of the arbitration fee for a specific case
