Lessor
The right to lease property belongs to its owner. Lessors may also be persons authorized by law or by the owner to lease property

- lessor - a party to the lease agreement (lease of property), providing the lessee (tenant) with property for payment in temporary possession and use or in temporary use. According to Article 608 of the Civil Code of Russia, the right to lease property belongs to its owner;
