Finance Lease Agreement (Lease Agreement)
Under a financial lease agreement (leasing agreement), the lessor is obliged to purchase the property specified by the lessee from a seller designated by the lessee and provide the lessee with this property for payment in temporary possession and use. In this case, the lessor does not bear liability for the selection of the leased item or the seller.

A financial lease agreement may provide that the selection of the seller and the property to be acquired is carried out by the lessor.
In a financial lease agreement (leasing agreement), where the lessee is a budgetary institution, it must be established that the selection of the seller of the property under the financial lease agreement (leasing agreement) is carried out by the lessor.
