16) roadside strips of a motorway - territories adjacent on both sides to the right-of-way of a motorway, within which special land use regimes for land plots (parts of land plots) are established in order to ensure traffic safety requirements, as well as normal conditions for reconstruction, capital repairs, maintenance, and preservation of the motorway taking into account the development prospects of the motorway
