Federal-level mineral deposits include the following mineral deposits:
1) containing deposits and occurrences of uranium, diamonds, ultra-pure quartz raw materials, rare earth elements of the yttrium group, nickel, cobalt, tantalum, niobium, beryllium, lithium, platinum-group metals;
2) located on the territory of a subject of the Russian Federation or territories of subjects of the Russian Federation and containing, based on data from the state balance of mineral reserves as of January 1, 2006:
recoverable oil reserves of at least 70 million tons;
gas reserves of at least 50 billion cubic meters;
reserves of native gold amounting to 50 tons;
reserves of copper amounting to 500,000 tons;
3) internal maritime waters, territorial sea, continental shelf of the Russian Federation;
4) when using which it is necessary to use land plots from the category of defense and security lands
