Biofuel


Biofuel is fuel derived from biological raw materials, typically obtained through the processing of sugarcane stalks or rapeseed, corn, soybeans, etc. Liquid biofuels (for internal combustion engines - ethanol, biodiesel), solid (firewood, straw) and gaseous (biogas, hydrogen) are distinguished.

"Biofuel" means liquid or gaseous fuel used for transport purposes and produced from biomass
