Moscow Audit Chamber
The Moscow Audit Chamber (hereinafter referred to as the Audit Chamber) is an external state financial oversight body established by the Moscow City Duma in accordance with federal legislation and the legislation of the city of Moscow, and accountable to it. In order to oversee the formation and implementation of the budget of the city of Moscow, the budget of the territorial state extrabudgetary fund of the city of Moscow, the Audit Chamber also has powers to control the legality and efficiency of management of property belonging to the city of Moscow
