Inter-city telephone connection
"Inter-city telephone connection" - a telephone connection between user (terminal) equipment connected to the local telephone network and located within the territory of different subjects of the Russian Federation, or a telephone connection between user (terminal) equipment connected to the local telephone network within the territory of one subject of the Russian Federation and user (terminal) equipment connected to the mobile communication network, when the corresponding subscriber of this mobile network is assigned a subscriber number belonging to a geographically non-determined numbering zone allocated to another subject of the Russian Federation;
