Urban Planning Plan for a Land Plot
3. The following items are included in the land use plan:
1) boundaries of the land plot;
2) boundaries of zones subject to public servitudes;
3) minimum setbacks from the boundaries of the land plot for determining permissible locations for buildings, structures, and facilities; construction of buildings, structures, and facilities outside these limits is prohibited;
4) information on the urban planning regulations (in cases where urban planning regulations apply to the land plot). In this regard, the land use plan should include information on all types of permitted land use specified in the urban planning regulations, except in cases when the land plot is provided for state or municipal needs;
5) information on the permitted use of the land plot, requirements regarding the purpose, parameters and location of capital construction objects on the specified land plot (in cases where the urban planning regulations do not apply to the land plot or urban planning regulations are not established for the land plot);
6) information on capital construction objects and cultural heritage objects located within the boundaries of the land plot;
7) information on technical conditions for connecting capital construction objects to engineering and technical infrastructure networks (hereinafter - technical conditions);
8) boundaries of the planned area for locating capital construction objects for state or municipal needs.
4. The urban planning plan of the land plot may include information on the possibility or impossibility of dividing it into several land plots
