Transfer of Property
1. Delivery is deemed to occur when the thing is handed over to the acquirer, or when it is handed over to a carrier for delivery to the acquirer, or when it is handed over to an organization providing communication services for forwarding to the acquirer, in cases where the transfer of the thing does not involve an obligation to deliver.
The thing is deemed delivered to the acquirer from the moment it actually comes into the possession of the acquirer or a person designated by them.
2. If at the time of concluding the contract for transfer of ownership the thing is already in the possession of the acquirer, the thing is deemed transferred to them from that moment onward.
3. The transfer of a bill of lading or another document of title over the thing shall be regarded as equivalent to the transfer of the thing itself.
