Bank Identification Code (BIK)
2.2. The bank identification code is a set of characters unique within the payment system of the Bank of Russia, and has the following structure:
1 - 2 digits from the left - the code of the Russian Federation. The code used is "04";
3 - 4 digits from the left - the code of the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with digits 1 and 2 of the "All-Russian Classifier of Objects of Administrative-Territorial Division" OK 019-95 (OKATO) (hereinafter referred to as OK 019-95), adopted by the Decision of the State Standard of Russia dated July 31, 1995, No. 413. The code "00" in the specified digits means that the territory is outside the Russian Federation;
5 - 6 digits from the left - a conditional number of the division of the Bank of Russia's settlement network, unique within the territorial institution of the Bank of Russia in which this division of the Bank of Russia's settlement network operates, or a conditional number of a structural unit of the Bank of Russia - takes numerical values from "00" to "99";
Positions 7 - 9 from the left - conditional number of the credit institution (branch), client who is not a credit institution, in the division of the Bank of Russia's settlement network, where its (his) correspondent account (sub-account) is opened - takes digital values from "050" to "999".

For a settlement and cash center or another division within a territorial institution of the Bank of Russia, which is authorized to perform the functions of a settlement and cash (cash) center, the value "000" is indicated in these positions.
For the Main Settlement and Cash Center or another division within a territorial institution of the Bank of Russia, which is authorized to perform the functions of the Main Settlement and Cash Center, the value "001" is indicated in these positions.
For other divisions of the Bank of Russia's settlement network and structural units of the Bank of Russia, the value "002" is indicated in these positions
