Technical Productivity of the Machine

Technical productivity is the amount of product that a machine can produce in 1 hour of continuous operation under the most advanced organization of mechanized processes by workers who have fully mastered progressive methods and techniques of machine control. Technical productivity is determined by the magnitude of the main parameters of the machine and is calculated with respect to specific production conditions of the machine's operation when it is fully loaded, that is, without taking into account any interruptions. Technical productivity takes into account the influence of variable factors reflecting the nature and conditions of machine operation (degree of utilization of lifting capacity, height of cargo lift, angle of boom rotation, etc. - for cranes; degree of bucket filling, soil group, depth of excavation, etc. - for excavators; similar factors - for other machines)
