2) accompanied baggage - goods for personal use, including hand luggage, directly moved by a physical person crossing the customs border;

"goods moved by physical persons in accompanied baggage" - goods (excluding vehicles), intended for personal use by physical persons traveling through the state border of the Russian Federation, and presented to the customs authority by the physical person or carrier directly upon entry of this physical person onto the customs territory of the Russian Federation or their exit from this territory (including in hand luggage);
