stock exchange


1. A stock exchange is recognized as a market organizer for securities, meeting the requirements established by this chapter.

2. A legal entity may carry out the activities of a stock exchange if it is a non-profit partnership or a joint-stock company.

3. No single shareholder of a stock exchange and its affiliated persons may own 20 percent or more of the shares of each category (type), and no member of a non-profit partnership stock exchange may hold 20 percent or more of the votes at the general meeting of members of such an exchange.
