Strategic enterprise (organization)
1. For the purposes of this Federal Law, strategic enterprises and organizations are understood to mean:
federal state unitary enterprises and open joint-stock companies whose shares are owned by the federal government and which produce goods (works, services) of strategic importance for ensuring military capability and state security, protection of morality, health, rights, and legitimate interests of citizens of the Russian Federation, as well as other organizations in cases provided for by federal law;

defense industry complex organizations - production, scientific-production, scientific-research, design-construction, testing, and other organizations performing works to ensure the execution of the state defense order
