Emergency Incident on an Aircraft
1.2.2.27. Emergency incident - an event related to the operation of an aircraft, but not constituting an aviation incident, in which one of the following consequences occurred:
- death of any person on board the aircraft as a result of intentional or negligent actions by the victim themselves or other persons, unrelated to the functioning of the aircraft;
- death of any person who unlawfully entered the aircraft and hid outside areas accessible to passengers and crew members;
- death of crew members or passengers as a result of adverse environmental effects after an emergency landing of the aircraft outside an airport;
- death or fatal injuries to any person not on board the aircraft as a result of direct contact with the aircraft, its components, or the gas-air jet of the powerplant;
- destruction or damage to an aircraft on the ground resulting in a compromise of its structural integrity or deterioration of its airworthiness characteristics due to a natural disaster or violation of service procedures, storage or transportation rules;
- hijacking of an aircraft on the ground or in flight, or seizure of such an aircraft with the intent to hijack it
