Accident of transport vehicles or other goods subject to customs control
1) accident - an event of a technical, technological or other nature that has harmful consequences, occurring with transport means and (or) other goods under customs control, resulting in quantitative and (or) qualitative changes not provided for by the legislation of the Customs Union on customs matters, which are not caused by intentional actions of the owner and (or) the person in whose possession the goods were at the time of such changes, excluding natural changes under normal conditions of transportation, storage and use (operation), as well as extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances under these conditions (force majeure);
