<*> Citizens experiencing difficulties in finding employment, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Law on Employment of the Population, include: persons with disabilities; individuals released from institutions serving sentences of deprivation of liberty; minors aged 14 to 18 years; persons of pre-retirement age (two years prior to reaching the age at which they are entitled to a pension for old age, including early retirement pensions for old age); refugees and displaced persons; citizens discharged from military service and members of their families; single parents and parents with many children raising minors or disabled children; citizens exposed to radiation as a result of the Chernobyl disaster and other radiological accidents and disasters; citizens aged 18 to 20 years who are graduates of basic and secondary vocational education institutions seeking employment for the first time
