21. Normatively-profitable reserves are the recoverable reserves of deposits (reserves), inclusion of which in development at the time of evaluation is economically efficient according to technical and economic calculations under current economic conditions and the existing tax system, using techniques and technologies for raw material extraction that ensure compliance with requirements for rational use of mineral resources and environmental protection.
