3. A candidate is an individual who holds higher professional education, attached to an organization or institution with graduate school (adjunct program) and/or doctoral program, preparing a dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Sciences without attending graduate school (adjunct program), or an individual holding the degree of Candidate of Sciences and preparing a dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Sciences.
