National Public Associations


National public organizations are public organizations established in accordance with federal legislation, including the Federal Law of May 19, 1995, No. 82-FZ "On Public Organizations," the Federal Law of June 17, 1996, No. 74-FZ "On National-Cultural Autonomy," and the Federal Law of January 12, 1996, No. 7-FZ "On Non-Commercial Organizations," and registered in accordance with established procedures as legal entities, as well as public organizations operating on the territory of the city of Moscow without registration as a legal entity and carrying out activities aimed at protecting the interests and rights of their members in the national, cultural, and social spheres, as well as other activities with a national-cultural orientation.
