5.5. Budget-funded organizations - educational institutions (schools, boarding schools, technical colleges, academies, institutes and similar); healthcare institutions (hospitals, clinics, outpatient departments, medical points, sanatoriums and similar); sports institutions (sports clubs, stadiums and others); cultural institutions (museums, parks and others); preschool educational institutions (kindergartens, nurseries); orphanages, children's health resorts; homes for the elderly and disabled; communal institutions (hotels, guest houses, dormitories for visitors located on the balance sheet of budget-funded organizations); student dormitories, military units, as well as communal and cultural and domestic enterprises and institutions (bathhouses, laundries, funeral service organizations and others) and other organizations funded fully or partially from the budget at any level
