Territory Planning Project
1. Preparation of the land use plan is carried out in order to identify elements of the planning structure, establish parameters for the planned development of elements of the planning structure, zones for the planned placement of federal-level objects, regional-level objects, and local-level objects.

2. The land use plan consists of a main part that is subject to approval, and materials for its justification.
3. The main part of the land use plan includes:
1) a drawing or drawings of the land use plan on which are shown:
a) red lines;
b) lines denoting roads, streets, driveways, communication lines, engineering and transport infrastructure objects, access routes to public water bodies and their shore zones;

c) boundaries of zones for the planned placement of objects of socio-cultural and communal-use purpose, as well as other capital construction objects;
d) boundaries of zones for the planned placement of federal-level, regional-level, and local-level objects;
(subparagraph "d" introduced by Federal Law No. 41-FZ dated March 20, 2011)
2) provisions on the location of capital construction objects of federal, regional or local significance, as well as on characteristics of planned territory development, including density and parameters of land development, and characteristics of social, transport service provision and engineering-technical support necessary for the development of the territory
