Types of Radio Telegrams
66. Radio telegrams are divided into outgoing, received from senders for transmission to other stations, and incoming, received from other stations and delivered by this station, as well as transit, received from other stations for transmission to other stations.
67. According to their purpose, radio telegrams are divided into official (official) and public (private). Official radio telegrams include telegraphic messages from state or recognized private operating organizations, as well as from the relevant officials. Public radio telegrams include telegraphic messages submitted by crew members or passengers of ships, and radio telegrams addressed to these individuals.
68. According to processing, radio telegrams are divided into internal, processed by stations of the Russian Federation, and international, which are transmitted to foreign stations or received from foreign stations
