Bank Secrecy


1. The bank guarantees the confidentiality of the bank account and deposit, operations on the account, and information about the client.

2. Information constituting banking secrecy may be provided only by the client themselves or their representatives, and may be submitted to credit history bureaus on the grounds and in accordance with the procedures established by law. State authorities and their officials may be provided with such information exclusively in cases and in accordance with the procedures established by law.
