Head of the Temporary Administration of the Credit Institution
1. The head of the temporary administration is appointed by an employee of the Bank of Russia.

2. The composition of the temporary administration is determined by an order issued by the Bank of Russia, which the Bank of Russia includes in the Unified Federal Register of Information on Bankruptcy no later than the next working day following the date of adoption of this act. The head of the temporary administration distributes duties among members of the temporary administration and is responsible for its activities. With the agreement of the state corporation "Deposit Insurance Agency" (hereinafter - the Agency), its employees may be included in the composition of the temporary administration.

3. In the event of suspension of the powers of executive bodies of a credit institution, the head of the temporary administration performs activities on behalf of the credit institution without a power of attorney.
