Anti-Doping Organization
Anti-doping organization. The signatory party responsible for developing rules aimed at initiating, implementing, and ensuring the effectiveness of any part of the doping control process. In particular, anti-doping organizations include the International Olympic Committee, the International Paralympic Committee, other organizers of major international events that conduct testing at their sporting competitions, WADA, international sports federations, and national anti-doping organizations.

"Anti-doping organisation" means a legal entity responsible for establishing rules relating to the development, implementation or ensuring compliance with any element of the doping control process.
