Types of Forest Use
1. The use of forests may be of the following types:
1) timber harvesting;
2) resin tapping;
3) harvesting and collection of non-wood forest resources;
4) harvesting of food forest resources and collection of medicinal plants;
5) carrying out activities in the field of hunting;

6) agriculture;
7) conducting scientific research and educational activities;
8) carrying out recreational activities;
9) establishment of forest plantations and their exploitation;
10) cultivation of forest fruit, berry, ornamental plants, medicinal plants;
10.1) cultivation of planting material of forest plants (seedlings, seedlings);

11) carrying out geological survey works and development of mineral deposits;
12) construction and operation of reservoirs and other artificial water bodies, as well as hydraulic structures and specialized ports;
13) construction, reconstruction, and operation of linear objects;

14) processing of wood and other forest resources;
15) carrying out religious activities;
16) other types defined in accordance with paragraph 2 of article 6 of this Code
