Motor vehicle
VEHICLE - a device powered by an engine and intended for the transportation of people, goods or equipment mounted on it along roads, as well as having a laden mass exceeding 400 kg. Laden mass is defined as the mass of a fully fueled (with fuel, oils, coolant, etc.) and equipped (with spare wheel, tools, etc.) vehicle, but without cargo or passengers, driver or other service personnel and their luggage. Vehicles are divided into passenger vehicles, freight vehicles and special-purpose vehicles. Passenger vehicles include cars and buses. Freight vehicles include trucks, including specialized ones. Special-purpose vehicles include vehicles with special equipment intended for performing various, primarily non-transport tasks
