39) means of transport - a category of goods including any watercraft, aircraft, motor vehicle, trailer, semi-trailer, railway vehicle (railway rolling stock, unit of railway rolling stock) or container with spare parts, accessories and equipment, fuel and lubricants, cooling and other technical liquids contained in the filling containers provided for them by their design, if they are transported together with the aforementioned means of transport;
