1) psychiatric inpatient facility - a healthcare institution intended for carrying out compulsory treatment of persons who have committed acts provided for in the Special Part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation while in a state of insanity, persons who have developed a mental disorder after committing a crime making it impossible to impose or carry out punishment, if they, due to their mental condition, pose a special danger to themselves or others and require constant and intensive observation;
