Indicative price of electrical energy for residential use
"indicative price for electricity for households and categories of consumers equivalent to them" - the weighted average cost per unit of electricity, calculated for the purposes of forming regulated contracts in pricing zones of the wholesale market for supplying electricity (capacity) to households and categories of consumers equivalent to them, and used to determine regulated prices (tariffs) for electricity (capacity) supplied to households and (or) categories of consumers equivalent to them within the territories of pricing zones of the wholesale market, in cases where the forecast of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation provides for different rates of price growth for electricity (capacity) for households and other consumers;
