Milk-containing product
5) milk-containing product - food product produced from milk, and (or) dairy products, and (or) by-products of milk processing and non-dairy components in accordance with a technology that provides for the replacement of milk fat to an extent not exceeding 50 percent of the fat phase exclusively by a milk fat substitute, and the use of non-dairy protein is allowed not for the purpose of replacing dairy protein, with the mass fraction of milk solids in the solids of the finished product being no less than 20 percent;
