Cottage cheese product
40) Cottage cheese product - a milk product, a composite milk product or a milk-containing product produced from cottage cheese and (or) dairy processing products in accordance with the technology of cottage cheese production with the addition of dairy products or without their addition, with the addition of non-dairy components, including non-dairy fats and (or) proteins or without their addition, with subsequent thermal treatment or without it. If the finished milk or composite milk cottage cheese product contains not less than 75 percent by mass of milk components and such products have not undergone thermal processing and ripening for the purpose of achieving specific organoleptic and physico-chemical properties, the term "cottage cheese curd" is used in relation to such products;
