Fishing Voyage
4. The term "fishing voyage" means a voyage whose task includes: searching for fish, catching fish, receiving, processing fish, moving to fishing grounds and returning thereto, as well as other works related to the production of fishery products. As a rule, a fishing voyage begins at the home port (base) and ends at the home port (base). During a fishing voyage, the crew follows the voyage plan-order and is under operational control of the shipowner
