Family Members of a Citizen
Family members of a citizen are those living together with the citizen, including his or her spouse, minor children regardless of whether they live separately or together, and parents living together with the citizen. Other relatives, non-working dependents, and in exceptional cases other citizens may be recognized as family members of a citizen if they are housed by him as members of his family.
