Contract for the transportation of goods
1. Under the contract of carriage of goods, the carrier is obliged to deliver the goods entrusted to him by the sender to the destination point and hand them over to a person authorized to receive the goods (the recipient), while the sender is obliged to pay the established fee for the carriage of goods
