Limited Liability Company (LLC)


A limited partnership is a partnership in which, along with one or several participants who conduct business activities on behalf of the partnership and are liable for the partnership's obligations with all their property (general partners), there are participants who participate in forming part of the partnership's share capital issued as shares, and bear the risk of losses associated with the partnership's activities up to the value of the shares they own (limited shareholders)
