Preservation of pension savings
preservation of pension savings - a requirement according to which the amount of funds of pension savings on the pension account of the accumulated part of the labor pension of the insured person as of the date of assignment of the accumulated part of the old-age labor pension and (or) urgent pension payment or lump-sum payment must not be less than the amount of insurance contributions on the accumulated part of the old-age labor pension, funds of additional insurance contributions on the accumulated part of the labor pension, employer contributions, contributions for co-financing of pension savings formation, funds (part of funds) of maternal (family) capital directed towards the accumulative portion of the labor pension, received and accounted for on the pension account of the accumulative portion of the labor pension for the entire period of forming pension accumulations;
