Agreement on the Division of Products
1. The Production Sharing Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is a contract pursuant to which the Russian Federation grants an entity engaged in business activities (hereinafter referred to as the investor) on a paid basis and for a specified period of time exclusive rights to conduct exploration, surveying, and mining of mineral raw materials on the subsoil area specified in the Agreement, and to carry out related works, while the investor is obliged to perform such works at its own expense and at its own risk. The Agreement defines all necessary conditions relating to the use of subsoil resources, including the terms and procedures for the division of produced goods between the parties to the Agreement in accordance with the provisions of this Federal Law.
