Land for motor transport
To the lands of automotive transport (including road infrastructure) belong lands occupied by:
automotive roads and directly adjacent buildings and structures (roadbed, bridges, signaling equipment, service and technical buildings and others), drainage, protective, and other artificial structures, parking and washing areas for rolling stock, protective forest plantations, structures at road exits and intersections, production buildings, structures, bases, factories, quarries, service, residential, and cultural and living facilities, as well as other objects with special
assignment for road maintenance services;
facilities and equipment of the energy sector, garage and fuel distribution operations, automobile stations and bus terminals, linear production facilities, administrative and technical buildings, technical maintenance stations, public-use automobile filling stations, transport and forwarding companies, automobile repair plants, bases, freight yards, container and trailer parking areas, administrative, residential, and cultural and domestic premises, and other objects with a special assignment for servicing motor vehicles
